problem with emails?

Hello dear customers,

I’m aware that some of the emails from the shop are not arriving or maybe they are taking too long to arrive.

When you place an order you should always receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes at most. If not, let me know please, because there might be a problem with the email server (although I do receive your order correctly).

Also I always send payment confirmation emails within 24 hours, and shipping notifications with the tracking number (I usually send parcels within a few days after receiving your payment, so if you haven’t received the shipping notice, please let me know).

I’m trying to fix this issue as soon as possible. I’m so sorry for the troubles!
