Acceptance
- These are handmade art dolls, they are not perfect or symmetrical. Slightly visible sanding marks, seam lines, tiny black dots in the resin or tiny air bubbles are possible, and are not considered as defects.
- This is an articulated art doll, they are not toys appropriate for children.
- Item colors might be slightly different due to production time, since all the process is handmade.
- Resin color changes slightly over time (even if it has UV protection), please never expose your doll to direct sunlight or smoke, since those have a quick yellowing effect on resin.
Shipping
- We offer registered mail (tracked but NOT insured), and insured shipping (by UPS, DHL and others, depending on the country).
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if you choose a shipping method with no insurance.
- If you need to change your shipping info, contact me as soon as possible! (changing your shipping address in your account will not change the address in already placed orders).
- Contact me if your tracking number doesn’t update, and it has passed more than 15 days since shipping date.
- The shop can only calculate up to 3 doll heads ordered together. If you want to order more, contact me first or place 2 separate orders.
Payment
- Credit and debit cards, ApplePay, Google pay, and more. *we do not store your card info. Payment is processed safely by Stripe.
- Bank transfer (European Union bank)
Layaway
- Total divided in 2 installments: 1st within 24h after placing your order, and 2nd within 30 days.
- *For orders over 300€ we offer longer layaway.
- You can pay your second payment in “My Account” – “Orders” page.
Cancellations and returns
- Due to the nature of pre-ordered items, cancellations are not possible. Please take it in consideration before to order.
- We only could cancel orders of items in-stock, if you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
